DHL
Choosing a DHL courier will ensure delivery to the customer within 48 hours of shipment. The package can be delivered to the recipient or collected from a DHL branch.
DHL will make two delivery attempts – only to the address specified in the order. The delivery deadline is 3 days, starting the day after the shipment notification. Failure to leave a notification does not mean that delivery was not attempted.
If the order is scheduled for the next day after shipment, the customer can contact DHL directly to arrange a delivery time.

Please note: During promotional campaigns, order processing may take longer.
The delivery cost for orders under 100 PLN is 20 PLN (prepaid orders) or 23 PLN (cash on delivery).

Paczkomaty InPost
Parcels are delivered to a parcel locker within 2 business days of shipment. Customers will receive two notifications about the status of their order:

• the first, a tracking number sent on the day of shipment – ​​from the online store;
• the second, a text message from InPost, along with the locker access code, confirming the parcel's readiness for collection.

When placing an order in the store, select the „Paczkomaty InPost” option and select the parcel locker where the parcel should be delivered. This service allows the customer to choose the pickup date.

Note: During promotional campaigns, order processing may take longer.
Paczkomat In Post are free for prepaid orders over 70 PLN.

Personal pickup
Lingerie ordered from the online store can be picked up in person at the pickup point located at 91 Gen. Stanisława Maczka Street in Białystok (the company's reception).
Completed purchases will be available for pickup for 7 days from the time you receive notification of availability. Failure to collect the goods within this timeframe will result in the order being canceled.
At the pickup point in Białystok, payment can be made by cash or card.
Orders are shipped to the store's pickup point on business days, usually the day after the order is completed.
Customers can extend the parcel's holding period by (up to) another 7 days by placing orders by phone or email.
The shipping cost for orders to the pickup point is 0 PLN.

AUSTRIA, GERMANY

DPD
The shipping cost for orders is 10 EUR.

OTHER COUNTRY

GLS
The shipping cost for orders is 15 EUR.
